Acid-resistant fluorine coating protects printed circuit boards and metals from hydrogen sulfide. Only air-dried at room temperature. Non-flammable and highly safe.
The acid-resistant coating agent FG-5040 and the protective coating agent for electronic substrates, the Fluorosurf FG-3650 series, are coatings designed for acid resistance and anti-conversion. They have four times the moisture resistance compared to urethane and acrylic-based coatings, and they exhibit protective functions such as resistance to hydrogen sulfide, acid resistance, corrosion resistance, insulation, moisture resistance, saltwater resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, resistance to lithium battery electrolyte, and water and oil repellency, all in a thin film. They can be applied using a dispenser or spray, and the application is completed in 5-10 minutes with room temperature drying! They are non-flammable and not subject to fire safety laws, nor are they classified as organic solvents under the Industrial Safety and Health Act, significantly reducing management items and equipment costs on-site. *Free samples are available for those who wish (limited to corporations).
