Inline monitoring of the presence of potato starch contamination in the wheat flour manufacturing process using near-infrared analyzers.
[Near Infrared Analyzer Technical Data 26 Food Wheat Flour] This technical document introduces inline measurement of potato starch contamination in the wheat flour manufacturing process using near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy with the Metrohm 2060 the NIR analyzer. The 2060 the NIR analyzer enables rapid, reagent-free, non-destructive analysis of potato starch through a specially designed diffuse reflection probe for this application. The measurement results are obtained quickly, and no chemical reagents are required.
