Reduce costs and effort with boiler updates! We propose a regulatory-compliant boiler that alleviates operational burdens.

To the person in charge of equipment maintenance at the automotive parts electrocoating factory in the Tokai area, we would like to introduce a case where we proposed a compliance boiler. When updating the boiler, there was a challenge of high estimates from existing vendors, making it difficult to proceed with the update. Additionally, not only the "price of the equipment itself" but also the "labor and procedures related to operation" became hidden costs. In response to these concerns, we proposed solutions from three perspectives: cost, regulatory compliance, and maintainability. The new boiler we proposed has high combustion efficiency, allowing for reductions in fuel and water supply costs compared to conventional models.
