Revising the stirring method of the raw water tank, achieving zero pipe cleaning and reducing electricity costs by approximately 30%!
To the maintenance personnel of mold manufacturing companies in the Tokai region, we would like to introduce a case study regarding the review of the stirring method for the raw water tank. The raw materials used for forming paper mold products need to be uniformly stirred and circulated in the raw water tank. Traditionally, an air stirring method was employed; however, the air piping regularly became clogged, necessitating ongoing cleaning efforts. To resolve this issue, we propose switching from air stirring to an electric stirring mixer method. After the switch, we achieved complete elimination of air pipe clogging by stirring directly from inside the tank without using piping.
