We would like to introduce a case study regarding the introduction of an automatic chemical injection pump to the site manager of a major automotive parts manufacturer's painting booth. In the water curtain type painting booth used in the painting process of automotive parts, excess paint mixes with the circulating water and generates sludge (precipitate). However, this sludge was causing a range of complex problems. To address these issues, we introduced a circulating water treatment agent for the painting booth and an automatic chemical injection pump.
