Round crimp terminals can be inserted and connected, allowing wiring and unwiring operations to be performed with just lever operation. Since screws are not used, torque management and re-tightening work required during control panel production are unnecessary. Furthermore, existing tools for round crimp terminals can be utilized as they are. ◇ No screws are used for connections, eliminating the need for torque management and connection tools. With the lever lifted, insert the round crimp terminal into the insertion port for wiring. Since screws are not used, torque management is unnecessary. Connection can be made with lever operation, enabling wiring and unwiring without tools. ◇ Two wires can be connected to one terminal. Can be used in the same applications as screw terminal blocks. No worries about bridging wires. ◇ No protective cover is needed. Zero loss due to cover detachment during transport or work. ◇ Firmly holds round crimp terminals. The structure employs a fixed rod inserted into the round hole of the crimp terminal, ensuring that wires do not come loose. ◇ Adopts a twin terminal method. The crimp terminal is held by two upper and lower terminals, ensuring stable contact.
