It features a high-precision F64mm camera and an F120 camera that ensures a working distance. ■ By equipping the sensor camera with high-speed processing capabilities, parallel processing of 2D and 3D profiles has been dramatically accelerated. ■ Image inspection using grayscale images allows for accurate determination of the width and presence of the weld bead from the 2D profile. ■ By incorporating AI (machine learning) into image inspection, it is now possible to detect weld beads that were difficult to distinguish with previous equipment. <Color Aberration Confocal CLS Line Sensor> ■ Capable of acquiring 3D profiles of the work surface at the micron level. ■ Rapid detection of very small pits, cracks, shape changes, and more.
