■ The main equipment configuration consists of only three components: a dedicated industrial compact PC, a sensor camera, and I/O communication devices. ■ Similar to the conventional WeldMaster, high-speed processing of measurements, inspections, and judgments suitable for the workpiece is performed according to customer requests. ■ Inspections using CLS are now possible, in addition to the sensor camera. <WeldMaster Sensor Camera> ■ The sensor camera has been completely renewed. It features a high-precision F64mm camera and an F120 camera that ensures a working distance. ■ By equipping the sensor camera with high-speed processing capabilities, parallel processing of 2D and 3D profiles has been dramatically accelerated. ■ Image inspection using grayscale images allows for accurate determination of the width and presence of the weld bead from the 2D profile. ■ By incorporating AI (machine learning) into image inspection, it is now possible to detect weld beads that were difficult to distinguish with previous equipment. <Color Aberration Confocal CLS Line Sensor> ■ Capable of acquiring 3D profiles of the work surface at the micron level. ■ Rapid detection of very small pits, cracks, shape changes, and more.
