This is a wiper that is installed on sliding parts of machine tools and is used for scraping chips, oil, and other debris, contributing to the maintenance of machining accuracy for machine tools that require high precision processing. It is made of NBR rubber, which has oil resistance and wear resistance, providing excellent durability. The surface of the steel plate is treated with anti-rust processing in compliance with the RoHS directive. We also accept additional processing such as drilling and cutting. The slide-type seal can be molded as a single piece to match the shape of the sliding bed. Since there are no joints in the seal, it offers better sealing performance than standard combination processed products. Installation is made easier, reducing the labor required for mounting on the machine. We also offer solutions to prevent lip curling for slide-type seals.
