We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of a transport and crushing system at a factory that manufactures large-scale equipment. A massive turning machine has been installed, and a custom chain conveyor has been arranged in a circular manner around the lathe to cut materials on a table with a diameter of approximately 10 meters. The generated chips are transported by a chip conveyor, crushed by a large rotary crusher, and then sent through a centrifugal oil extractor for oil removal before being discharged into an outdoor storage hopper. Before the introduction of a new German-made planomiller, it was necessary to prepare the surrounding transport system. However, since our company had experience in implementing the same type of planomiller in another factory, we were able to achieve a smooth system design.
