Silverson’s Bottom-Entry Mixer offers excellent cleanability, making it ideal for applications requiring high sanitary standards. It not only excels at breaking down solids but is also perfect for incorporating powders that tend to float on the liquid surface. For high-viscosity products, it can be combined with a low‑speed anchor agitator or scraper. This powerful combination—homogenization with a bottom‑entry mixer × circulation support with an agitator/scraper —is widely used in the production of high‑viscosity cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and food products. As with other Silverson rotor/stator mixers, the stator, disintegrating head, and screens can be easily interchanged.
