Additionally, in machining processing using machining centers, we can accommodate high-precision dimensional control of ±0.01mm, enabling the processing of complex shapes such as square holes, grooves, and steps. Moreover, we have a wide range of processing achievements for copper busbar products with thicknesses from 3mm to 20mm for transformer manufacturers and panel manufacturers in the Tokai region, processing as much as 150 tons of copper annually as a specialized copper processing company.
