This product is a "flexible busbar," a conductive component capable of controlling large currents at the substation level. It is made by stacking 0.2 mm copper coil material, drilling bolt holes, and bending it to absorb vibrations. In addition to the shape shown in the photo, there are also flexible busbars for bow-type spot welders. It is referred to by various names such as flexible busbar, secondary copper strip, flexible copper strip, and copper plate, but its applications are almost the same. It is used as a final cushioning component for vibration absorption and thermal expansion. Since it is made by stacking multiple layers of C1100 copper coil material, it has excellent conductivity; however, drilling and bending require skilled techniques, and there are few companies capable of processing it. Additionally, we have a wide range of processing achievements for copper busbar products with thicknesses from 3 mm to 20 mm for transformer manufacturers and panel manufacturers in the Tokai region, processing as much as 150 tons of copper annually as a specialized copper processing company.
