Our company specializes in the dissolution processing of rubber and resin (plastic) using organic solvents (hazardous materials category 4) and offers OEM services. ■ Feature 1: Small batch and spot production are acceptable Dissolution processing can be done from a minimum of 50L to a maximum of 3,000L, allowing us to produce only the necessary amount of dissolution liquid with specified formulations. *High-viscosity solutions can also be stirred (up to 60,000 mPa·s). Even for small-scale or spot production, hazardous materials incur costs such as inventory and disposal expenses if produced in excess. Our mixing tanks can be selected to manufacture only the necessary amount, tailored to demand, with a minimum capacity of 50L and a maximum of 3,000L.
