Contracted Services 1. Dissolution of rubber and resin using organic solvents ■ Feature 1: Contract manufacturing of specified formulation solutions from 50L The stirring kettle ranges from a minimum of 50L to a maximum of 3,000L. We can manufacture the specified formulation solution in the required quantity. * High-viscosity solutions can also be stirred. ■ Feature 2: Efforts to prevent contamination It is generally said that stirring kettles for hazardous materials are difficult to clean internally, but our kettles can be disassembled for each product change, allowing us to remove residues adhering to the inner walls and blades (for kettles below 200L). ＊＊ Contracted Services 2. Rubber mixing processing (OEM) ■ We accept rubber mixing processing. To improve solubility, adjust viscosity, and stabilize quality, the rubber in bale form is pre-stretched (sheeted). Our strength lies in our ability to handle both "mixing" and "dissolution" processes for rubber together. ＊＊ Contracted Services 3. Repackaging, subdividing, and blending of hazardous materials ■ We can accept repackaging work for hazardous materials starting from one drum. You can choose from various subdividing containers such as one-gallon cans, drums, small cans, and tubes. Depending on your requirements, we can perform nitrogen purging, container sealing, product filtration, and inspections (solid content, viscosity, NCO value, etc.).
