"Too high viscosity leaves lumps behind" and "It takes too long to dissolve, making it inefficient." The specialized technology of Chuo Resin Chemical solves these challenges of high-viscosity resins and difficult-to-dissolve materials. Our company is equipped with powerful explosion-proof stirring equipment capable of handling viscosities up to 60,000 mPa·s. Using toluene, MEK, and various solvents, we process materials that are generally considered difficult to dissolve into a uniform solution. A key aspect of quality is the "disassembly and cleaning of the stirring vessel." High-viscosity products tend to leave residues on the walls and blades of the vessel, but our company physically disassembles and cleans it, allowing us to provide high-quality OEM manufacturing without foreign matter contamination, starting from a minimum of 50L. We support from the stage of dissolution consideration, proposing suitable solvent selection, temperature, and stirring conditions. 【Features】 ■ Capable of dissolving high-viscosity materials up to 60,000 mPa·s ■ Uniform processing of difficult-to-dissolve materials with powerful stirring equipment ■ Thorough elimination of residues from high-viscosity products through disassembly cleaning ■ Accepting small orders and dissolution considerations starting from 50L *Please check the document summarizing "9 Checkpoints When Choosing a Contract Dissolution Processing Partner" available for download.

The quality of dissolution processing is determined by the "cleanliness of the equipment." At Chuo Resin Chemical, we have established a system to thoroughly prevent foreign matter contamination by disassembling and cleaning the mixing vessels and storage tanks after each product change. General solvent cleaning (flushing) alone may leave residues of high-viscosity resins and rubber in the corners, posing a risk of contamination in the next charge's product. However, our disassembly cleaning physically removes these residues. This prevents color mixing in transparent solutions and property changes due to foreign matter, ensuring high reliability as an OEM partner. We can accommodate volumes from a minimum of 50L to a maximum of 3,000L, providing cleaning quality that does not compromise even for small-scale production. We also welcome spot requests such as "I just want to create a production record once." 【Features】 ■ Physical barrier against foreign matter contamination through disassembly cleaning of vessels ■ Thorough cleaning that leaves no residues of high-viscosity products ■ Quality tank cleaning available from 50L ■ Peace of mind even for spot production with frequent product changes *Please check the document summarizing "9 Checkpoints When Choosing a Contract Dissolution Processing Partner" available for download.

The challenges such as "fine black spots in the product" and "impurities found after dissolution" can be resolved by the dissolution and filtration technology of Chuo Resin Chemical. Our company standardizes "decomposition cleaning" in the dissolution process using explosion-proof equipment, effectively eliminating foreign matter contamination originating from the equipment. Furthermore, we add a filtration process tailored to the customer's specifications for the products after dissolution. We select meshes and filters to reliably remove even fine foreign matter that cannot be visually confirmed. Since we can handle everything from rubber mixing to dissolution in one contract, we can minimize the risk of foreign matter originating from raw materials. Companies that feel that "filtration cannot keep up with in-house equipment" or "there are limits to contamination countermeasures" are encouraged to take advantage of our free sample test. 【Features】 ■ Elimination of foreign matter from equipment through decomposition cleaning ■ Precision filtration to capture fine impurities ■ Strict quality control with small lot contracts starting from 50L ■ Consistent management from rubber mixing to dissolution * Please check the document summarizing "9 Checkpoints When Choosing a Contract Manufacturer for Dissolution Processing" available for download.

Are you troubled by contamination (foreign matter intrusion) during color changes or variety changes in the dissolution processing of resins and rubber? At Chuo Resin Chemical, we are committed to "disassembly cleaning" of stirring kettles and tanks that handle hazardous materials. It is difficult to completely remove the "residual material" left in the fine steps of the bearing and wall surfaces using common solvent washing or circulation cleaning. We disassemble the kettle and directly clean the inner walls and blades to physically remove the residual material. This thorough cleaning system enables us to maintain high transparency and purity even in contract manufacturing (OEM) with small lot and diverse production. We do not skip this cleaning process even for small production starting from 50 liters. 【Features】 ■ Thorough removal of residual material through disassembly cleaning of stirring kettles ■ No contamination even during color changes or diverse production ■ Physically clean even fine dirt inside the tank ■ Maintain high cleaning quality even for small lots starting from 50 liters *Please check the document summarizing "9 Checkpoints When Choosing a Contract Manufacturer for Dissolution Processing" available for download.

In dissolution processing, contamination and foreign matter due to residuals can lead to fatal defects in products. At Chuo Resin Chemical, we provide extremely high-purity solutions by combining our unique "stirring kettle disassembly cleaning" with precise "filtration processes." We physically remove dirt from the back of blades and wall surfaces that cannot be completely cleaned with conventional solvent cleaning, and further capture fine impurities through post-dissolution filtration. This enables us to meet the stringent quality requirements for contract manufacturing, such as for colorless and transparent resins and electronic materials. We accommodate small-scale production starting from a minimum of 50L, making it suitable for spot production of high-value-added products. We manufacture high-quality dissolution liquids in a clean environment based on your specified formulation. Please verify the precision of our filtration and cleaning technology with a free sample test. 【Features】 ■ Physically block contamination through kettle disassembly cleaning ■ Thoroughly remove fine foreign matter through precise filtration ■ Maintain high quality with small-scale production starting from 50L ■ Suitable for products where purity is critical, such as electronic materials * Please check the document summarizing "9 Checkpoints When Choosing a Contract Manufacturer for Dissolution Processing" available for download.

Before manufacturing, there was a problem where residual previous products that could not be completely removed during kettle cleaning (solvent cleaning) mixed into the products, leading to complaints. There were customers who wanted to use the kettle as a dedicated machine, but faced the challenge that the production volume was not sufficient for that. As a solution, by changing the kettle cleaning before manufacturing from "solvent cleaning" to "disassembly cleaning," we can significantly prevent the mixing of previous products. Our company can accept contract manufacturing starting from a minimum of 50L. Please feel free to contact us when you need our services. General raw rubber (synthetic rubber, natural rubber) is in the form of a block called a "bale" (approximately 35 kg). If this block is directly placed into the dissolution kettle, it can cause accidents or malfunctions, so it must be passed through a "roller machine" to be stretched into a thin sheet before proceeding to the dissolution process. Our company’s strength lies in our ability to handle both the "kneading" and "dissolution" of rubber together. We can propose improvements from the kneading process for issues such as "the viscosity of the rubber dissolution liquid is too high (poor coating properties)" or "the quality of the rubber dissolution liquid varies." *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
