【Small lot available】VAMAC's melting processing service. Contract processing is available from a minimum of 50L to a maximum of 3,000L.
At Chuo Resin Chemical, we provide specialized services for the dissolution processing of rubber and resins using organic solvents. For example, we can perform one-stop processing for bale-shaped rubber, such as Baymac, including thin sheet processing and dissolution. **Features of Chuo Resin Chemical's Dissolution Processing** - **Small Batches:** We can accommodate dissolution processing from a minimum of 50 liters to a maximum of 3,000 liters, tailored to customer needs and purposes. - **Contamination Countermeasures:** By "disassembling and cleaning" the mixing tank after each product change, we can remove residues that cannot be cleaned away with solvent washing. Please feel free to consult us regarding the dissolution of high-viscosity or difficult-to-dissolve products. If you are experiencing slow dissolution speeds, improvements can be made through techniques such as rubber pretreatment. We actively accept assistance with development projects and one-time requests. *Please feel free to contact us for test consultations.* *For details on contamination countermeasures and services, please download and view our catalog.*
