"DISGO" is a chrome-free, high corrosion-resistant surface treatment technology developed for steel products where delayed fracture due to hydrogen embrittlement from the electro-galvanizing process is a concern. It consists of a two-layer system formed by a base coat containing zinc aluminum and a top coat primarily made of aluminum and organic resin. The treatment can be broadly categorized into two types: low-temperature type and heavy corrosion-resistant type.
