"DISGO (Low Temperature Type)" is a treatment specialized for rust prevention of steel products that are prone to property changes at processing temperatures. The DISGO treatment is a chromium-free, high corrosion-resistant surface treatment technology developed for steel products where delayed fracture due to hydrogen embrittlement from the electro-galvanizing process would be problematic. It is formed in two layers: a base coat containing zinc aluminum and a top coat primarily composed of aluminum and organic resin.
