Reviewing the complicated procedures for sending SDS and quality certificates! Introducing a case where submission and storage have been centralized.

In a chemical manufacturing company, we would like to introduce a case where the external submission of SDS, analysis results, and quality certificates was reviewed using "necfru MAM/DAM." The external sending of SDS and quality certificates was done through ZIP attachments, making the submission process complicated and dependent on the person in charge. It took a long time to recheck past submission documents, and there was a disconnection between long-term storage and shared management. We designed tags based on product/lot/document type/expiration date and implemented time-limited publication and restricted access through URL sharing.
