Mixing and granulation

The granulation methods are divided into two types: dry granulation and wet granulation! They are used for hard capsule granules and spherical granules, among others.

Our company conducts granulation using a mixing granulator. By stirring and rolling the raw powder while adding a binder (liquid or paste-like), we create granules with good flowability by sticking the raw particles together. In wet granulation, there are two methods for adding the binder, and it is possible to produce spherical granules and double-layer granules.
