This will address issues related to debris and foreign object adhesion, as well as variations in oven temperature that lead to uneven paint films. **Implementation Effects and Feedback** - The occurrence of debris and foreign objects caused by the drying process has decreased. - The uniformity of the paint film finish has improved. - We feel reassured by the fact that temperature measurements were repeatedly conducted and adjusted even after installation.

【Product Introduction】 The IR conveyor furnace has a total length of 2 meters and operates at a low temperature setting of 60 to 80 degrees Celsius. It is designed to allow individual temperature adjustments at three points: the entrance, middle, and exit, to avoid rapid temperature increases. The box-type drying furnace is equipped with a HEPA filter that can withstand temperatures up to 180 degrees to prevent the attachment of dust and foreign substances at the discharge section of the furnace, and it can be easily removed by hand. Additionally, both drying furnaces are compacted as much as possible while maintaining precision to fit into limited spaces.
