Due to its small primary particle size and high specific surface area, the contact efficiency with foaming agents is significantly improved. It enables foaming promotion at lower temperatures, reducing the foaming temperature of PVC by 30°C. Compared to general zinc oxide, it can reduce zinc content by 60%, and due to its high activity, it exhibits equivalent performance with a smaller amount of addition, thus reducing the overall raw material costs of the formulation.
