Composite active zinc oxide that simultaneously improves the physical properties of rubber and reduces costs!
The "META-Z L Series" is a composite active zinc oxide that uses calcium carbonate as a core (base) and is densely coated with zinc oxide on its surface. Due to its small primary particle size and high specific surface area, it exhibits equal or superior rubber properties even when blended with the same amount of general zinc oxide (equivalent substitution). By replacing the high-density zinc oxide with calcium carbonate, it contributes to the overall lightweight of the product. Additionally, calcium carbonate serves as a base, suppressing "agglomeration" in the rubber and improving the processability of the rubber. 【Features】 ■ Low specific gravity and lightweight product ■ Excellent dispersibility ■ Cost reduction *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
