■Development Design We propose various resin fans by integrating extensive knowledge of airflow and the latest analysis technologies. It is possible to confirm in advance whether the requirements such as "strength," "air power," and "shaft power" match before proceeding to the prototype step. ■Prototype Production We produce prototypes that meet design requirements using various methods such as FDM, stereolithography, and machining. ■Prototype Evaluation Measurement of airflow, noise, and vibration can be conducted using airflow meters, noise meters, and other equipment. ■Mold Design and Production Mold design that reflects the unique know-how of fans. We can produce small molds for 100t molding machines to large molds for 1600t machines. ■Product Evaluation We have equipment such as environmental testing devices, tensile and compression testing machines, and rotational fracture testing machines. ■Mass Production By combining automation technologies, we provide products that balance quality and productivity. We have a wide range of injection molding machines from small to large and can accommodate resin materials reinforced with glass and other materials. ■Global Expansion We have production bases in China, Thailand, and India, establishing a supply system that meets local procurement needs. Additionally, we can import and sell products produced at each overseas base and provide technical support and export of produced goods from our company. ■Quality Assurance System We have obtained integrated certification for ISO9001 and ISO14001. We are currently conducting quality assurance activities both domestically and internationally.
