This is a commercial dried komatsuna made from komatsuna produced in Kyotango, Kyoto Prefecture. The leaves and stems are dried separately, allowing for versatile use and texture adaptation. It retains a creamy sweetness and aroma through low-temperature drying. It is widely suitable for namul, stir-fries, soups, and miso soup ingredients. Powder processing is also available. No glucose is used. We are flexible in OEM manufacturing, starting from a minimum lot of 10 bags (100g).
