This is a dried vegetable product made from Kyoto's traditional vegetable, Kujo green onion, which has been sliced and dried at our factory. The natural aroma and sweetness of the green onion are concentrated, and it retains a crisp texture even after rehydration. It is easy to use as a standard ingredient for Japanese side dishes, soups, and toppings. Powder processing is also possible. It is additive-free and colorant-free, with no glucose or additives used. We are flexible in accommodating OEM manufacturing, starting from a minimum lot of 10 bags (100g).
