This is a commercial dried mizuna made from the Benihōshi variety grown in Kyotango, Kyoto Prefecture. It is a functional variety that contains anthocyanins in its red stems. The drying process gives it a crunchy texture and a rich aroma. It can be used in a wide range of applications, including miso soup, simmered dishes, pasta, and bakery products. Powder form is also available. It does not contain glucose. We are flexible in OEM manufacturing, starting from a minimum lot of 10 bags (100g).
