NonStick STC is a thin film, non-stick coating that forms a low surface energy layer on the substrate surface. By chemically bonding fluoropolymer, it achieves high non-stick properties and durability. The film thickness is very thin, at less than 1μm, which minimizes the impact on nozzle shape and dimensional accuracy. Additionally, since it does not require blast treatment, it can impart functionality while maintaining surface smoothness. By suppressing liquid adhesion and improving slip properties, it contributes to enhanced discharge stability and maintenance.
