Moisture-proof coating agent for room temperature drying type printed circuit boards (conformal coating agent) considering safety, workplace environment, and performance.
The electronic substrate protective coating agent (conformal coating) "Fluorosurf FG-3650 Series" is suitable for waterproofing and insulation protection of electronic components, as well as for moisture-proof and waterproof coatings on mounted substrates. It is non-flammable and does not fall under the category of organic solvents, making it exempt from regulations under the Fire Service Act and the Industrial Safety and Health Act. Additionally, it does not use PFAS regulated substances, significantly reducing management items in the workplace. Furthermore, compared to urethane, acrylic, and silicone-based coatings, it exhibits 3 to 10 times greater moisture resistance (at the same film thickness) while providing protective functions such as moisture resistance, saltwater resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, resistance to lithium battery electrolyte, and water and oil repellency. 【Benefits in the Manufacturing Field】 ■ Non-flammable and low-odor liquid, allowing for safe use → It is safe as it is non-flammable.
