Our large pipeline manufacturing technology is unparalleled. The design incorporates the company's unique integrated system technology, which seamlessly combines each component from the material supply system to the cutting unit, along with decades of experience in constructing large pipe systems. To manufacture pipes of such dimensions, a high-performance extruder capable of uniformly plasticizing molten material is required. The process design, which employs a barrel with internal grooves and a screw and grooved bushing shaped accordingly, allows the extruder to operate with reduced axial pressure profiles, minimizing wear. At the same time, it achieves a high specific output at low screw rotation speeds and temperatures approximately 10°C lower, enabling efficient and material-friendly melt processing. The OptiMelt static mixer, installed between the extruder and the die, further reduces the temperature by another 10°C. Additionally, effective internal pipe cooling ensures stable discharge of molten resin from the die. This minimizes sagging, especially in large pipes and their increased weight, and ensures optimal wall thickness distribution without ovalization.
