Pass-e Coat is a functional coating that not only possesses the basic properties of fluoropolymer, such as non-stickiness, slip properties, and chemical resistance, but also incorporates an anti-static function. Typical fluoropolymers have high insulation properties, making them prone to retaining static electricity generated by friction; however, Pass-e Coat suppresses the accumulation of static electricity by allowing the charged surface to dissipate. This prevents the adhesion and clinging of lightweight materials such as films, sheets, and powders. Additionally, its low friction characteristics contribute to reduced transport resistance, enabling smooth line operations. It allows for optimal film thickness and specification design according to the substrate and application, and can flexibly accommodate existing equipment and post-processing.
