We would like to introduce the die casting mold production flow of Tsuta Mechanical Metal Co., Ltd. First, after discussing the specifications, we design the material drawing that incorporates the die casting requirements such as mold configuration, draft angle, and machining allowances based on the customer's drawings. Next, we carry out mold scheme design, flow and solidification analysis, main mold design, and mold manufacturing, followed by acceptance and manufacturing trials, after which mass production begins. 【Die Casting Mold Production Flow】 ■1.
