We would like to introduce a case where we provided third-party maintenance and EOSL maintenance for the HPE Nimble Storage CS1000. The customer in this case was looking for a third-party maintenance vendor to continue using their equipment, which had reached EOSL, but they were having difficulty finding a vendor that could provide support due to the limited options available. At the time of inquiry, our company did not have the maintenance knowledge to respond immediately, but we later established a support system and contacted the customer again. Although it was a long-term contract of three years, we were able to propose a cost-effective price, which led the customer to choose us after comparing with other companies.
