The "Pam Apex Mixer" contributes to energy savings by circulating and reusing superheated steam, thereby reducing running costs. This machine efficiently disperses and mixes materials by floating and diffusing them with shovel blades and applying high-speed cutting with a chopper, while reducing the overall power consumption of the equipment. It controls the pressure and oxygen concentration inside the mixer and efficiently manages the amount of circulating superheated steam. By breaking down agglomerates through the dispersing action and increasing the surface area of the raw materials, it enables highly efficient heat exchange and reaction mixing.
