The "Orbital Tool" that we handle is a deburring tool capable of removing burrs from cross holes and oval shapes. It can be used with simple setup and programming. It accommodates a variety of work materials, from aluminum to stainless steel. It features no secondary burr generation and comes with a protective disc, ensuring that the inner surfaces of the workpiece are not damaged. 【Features】 ■ Capable of deburring cross holes with diameters of φ2mm and φ2.5mm ■ Supports angles of 90°, 60°, 45°, and 30° for cross holes ■ Suitable for hole diameters from φ1.3mm to φ51mm ■ Reference tool life is approximately 50,000 holes for aluminum and about 30,000 holes for steel ■ We also customize tool extensions and shank diameter changes to meet customer needs, so please consult with us.
