Space-saving, high-rigidity 4-axis tool ● The robot body has a size of 33mm x 37mm with a working range of 200 x 200 x 50 (X, Y, Z axes). ● The base is made of aluminum extrusions to achieve high rigidity. ● By using high-precision ball screws and servo-controlled motors, high repeatability and no loss of step have been achieved. ● It is possible to equip effective options for lead-free soldering, such as a wire solder preheater and an N2 jacket. ● The tool section can perform linear and arc interpolation, enabling professional soldering. ● The soldering controller is easy to handle and is equipped with IMPAC?U, which allows adjustment of the wire solder supply amount, supply speed, and heating time from the first to the third stage. ● It can connect with software that allows management of soldering conditions and monitoring of soldering iron tip temperature charts, as well as management of robot programs and teaching data using your own PC.
