Additionally, the working range can be customized according to specifications. ● An AC servo motor is used for the drive motor, achieving maintenance-free operation. ● Each axis utilizes ball screws, enabling high-precision movement, with low-speed movement achieved at 0.1 mm/s. This enhances the stability of slide soldering and reduces tact time. ● Up to three temperature control devices, such as preheaters effective for lead-free soldering, can be integrated. ● The tool mechanism and controller can be separated, allowing for easy adaptation to inline and cell configurations after installation. ● The tool section can perform linear and arc interpolation, accommodating various slide soldering and point soldering applications. ● The controller is equipped with the multifunctional MAXEED and can also connect with the soldering management software "TSCO."
