High-Rigidity 4-Axis Tool ● The robot body has a size of 530mm × 570mm and a working range of 400 × 400 × 100 (X, Y, Z axes). ● The base is made of aluminum extrusions to achieve high rigidity. ● By using high-precision ball screws and servo-controlled motors, high repeatability and no loss of steps have been achieved. ● It can be equipped with effective options for lead-free soldering, such as a wire solder preheater and an N2 jacket. ● The tool section can perform linear and arc interpolation, enabling professional soldering. ● The controller is equipped with the multifunctional MAXEED, allowing for free setting of solder supply and heating times, as well as easy adjustment of solder supply during sliding. ● It can connect to software that allows management of soldering conditions and monitoring of soldering iron tip temperature charts using your own PC, as well as management of robot programs and teaching data.
