The glass heats up to 200℃! Visualizing the heating process.
- A transparent glass heater is glass that becomes hot while remaining transparent. - It rapidly increases in temperature up to 200°C. Around 40°C, it can be precisely and uniformly controlled with low voltage. - Even as the temperature rises, it remains transparent, allowing for a process where light and heat are applied simultaneously. - Visual observation while heating is possible, as well as optical evaluations such as fluorescence analysis and laser wavelength analysis.

basic information
【Heating Performance】 - A rare metal conductive film is deposited on a quartz glass substrate, and when electricity is applied, it generates heat up to high temperatures while remaining transparent (up to 200°C). - It has a fast response time, rapidly increasing in temperature (standard is 100°C in 30 seconds). - The temperature distribution within the surface is uniform, generating heat within ±10% at 200°C. It becomes even more uniform around 40°C, which is used for cell culture. 【Durability】 - The conductive film is firmly deposited on low thermal expansion glass, so it does not break even with repeated rapid temperature changes. - There is a track record of over five years of continuous operation. No damage or decrease in resistance occurs. 【Variations】 - By depositing a rare metal conductive film on glass in panel shapes, various glass heaters can be manufactured (lot sizes can be set depending on the shape). - Rated specifications such as AC/DC and voltage can be custom-designed according to the purpose. - By applying another non-deposited glass layer on the surface of the rare metal conductive film, insulation treatment can be achieved on both sides. - Standard units are available with short lead times. *We do not accept deposition commissions with glass substrates brought in by users.

Detailed information
-
Temperature distribution of the transparent glass heater The glass heater heats uniformly within the plane. When the temperature is raised to 200°C for a 100mm square, the temperature distribution is kept within ±10°C.
-
Division of the heating area By partitioning the conductive film and depositing it, different temperature zones can be established on a single piece of glass.

Our company manufactures and sells transparent glass heaters. They remain transparent even when heated, allowing for observation of the object being heated. The transparent glass heater can be heated up to 200°C and will not break even with rapid temperature changes. The temperature distribution across the surface is uniform, enabling precise temperature control in low-temperature ranges around 40°C, which is suitable for applications such as cell culture. We offer a variety of standard units, including panel shapes, which can be used immediately upon arrival. In the bio, medical, and chemical fields, we incorporate transparent glass heaters into various heating devices and produce custom applications. They can be used in applications requiring precise temperature control, such as microreactors, cell culture devices, and slide glass heaters. Blast Corporation provides comprehensive thermal solutions, including temperature control and integration, centered around transparent glass heaters.
