Long lifespan and maintenance-free! Ideal for various heat treatment furnaces such as carburizing furnaces, continuous annealing furnaces, and aluminum melting/holding furnaces!
This is a radiant tube and radiant tube heater (Chubotal) based on a powder sintered material developed as a heat-resistant heater. The alumina protective coating does not peel off, preventing scale buildup inside the tube, resulting in a long lifespan and no maintenance required, thus reducing the running costs of heat treatment furnaces. □■Features■□ ■ Excellent material with high heat resistance (1250°C) that can withstand high loads. ■ The surface oxidation protective coating (alumina) exhibits effective resistance against corrosive environments. ■ No scale buildup inside the tube, eliminating the need for maintenance. ■ Due to its low specific gravity, it is easier to install compared to nickel-chrome tubes. ■ As a seamless tube made by extrusion molding, there are no issues at the weld joints. *For more details, please request documentation or view the PDF data from the download.

Applications/Examples of results
【Examples of Use】 ◎ Radiant tubes and heaters in carburizing furnaces for automotive parts, etc. ◎ Heaters for general heat treatment (quenching furnaces, tempering furnaces, annealing furnaces) ◎ Inner and outer tubes for burner heating ◎ Core tubes… We have achieved long service life through the replacement of heaters in many existing facilities. Additionally, in newly constructed furnaces, we provide furnace manufacturers with high-temperature, high-load specification heaters that cannot be realized with existing heaters by achieving loads beyond previous design limits.
