Experimental machine for injecting electrolyte into large lithium-ion batteries for stationary or power applications. Vacuum injection allows for reduced injection time. Accurate injection is achieved using a plunger pump system. No liquid dripping due to a uniquely designed valve. Injection profiles can be freely set. Designed with maintenance in mind. Based on results from the experimental machine, fully customized automatic machines will be produced. Overview of the testing machine: 1. Capacity: 200 mL, dispensing 20 times 2. Discharge speed: 1 mL/S to 10 mL/S 3. Discharge resolution: 0.005 mL 4. Vacuum level: 500 Pa and above Various options are available.
