The TM-type "Grain King" is a reverse-type twin-shaft granulator with a lower blade that rotates slowly and an upper blade that rotates rapidly in the opposite direction, and the tank has a conical shape that widens at the bottom. The material being processed is drawn in the direction of rotation while floating and flowing due to the slow rotation of the lower blade, moving from the lower part of the tank's inner wall to the upper center while rolling, and is released downward in the opposite direction by the rapidly rotating upper blade. Granulation is efficiently carried out through the balance of the gentle rolling action of the lower blade and the shearing force of the upper blade within this three-dimensional motion.
