The FM mixer demonstrates powerful mixing capabilities through its rapidly rotating blades. The materials being processed in the mixing chamber (powdery substances, slurries, etc.) are given rotational force by the lower blades and flow upward. They are then subjected to strong shear by the upper blades. The difference in shear force allows for extremely short-duration dispersion mixing. 1. Processing can be done in a short time. 2. Wide range of applications including mixing, dispersion, drying, granulation, crushing, surface modification, compounding, and more. 3. Up to 90% batch capacity is possible with multi-stage blades. 4. High-speed operation is possible (blade tip speed up to 100 m/s). 5. Abundant optional specifications: vacuum specifications, wear-resistant specifications, GMP compliance, chopper, scraping device, inverter motor equipped. 6. Structure designed with maintenance, inspection, and cleaning in mind. 7. Various models available according to application needs.
