We will conduct morphological observations and various measurements of the samples using a digital microscope.
The digital microscope (CCD) has functions such as color photography, 3D composite display, video recording, and dimensional and area measurement, allowing for the acquisition of various information about the sample surface through observation, recording, and measurement. It can be used for evaluation purposes such as the following: - I want to take photographs in color and at high magnification. - I want to measure dimensions while observing at high magnification. - I want to display the surface irregularities of the sample in a simple 3D format. - I want to record videos at high magnification. In addition to providing observation and measurement data, we also conduct a series of investigation and evaluation tasks such as environmental testing, material testing, sample pretreatment (cutting, polishing, etching), and surface analysis.

【Wide range of magnification settings from ×5 to ×5,000】 You can select lenses, magnification, and lighting according to the purpose of observation. Low magnification starts from ×5, while high magnification can go up to ×5,000. 【Clear images with deep depth of field】 The microscope has a deep focal depth, and with the depth composition function, it allows for clear observation of samples with uneven surfaces and height differences. 【Ultra-high-definition observation with up to 54 million pixels】 In 18 million pixels × 3CCD mode, it is possible to achieve excellent color reproduction and ultra-high-definition images. 【2D measurement and area calculation】 With the captured photo data, dimensional measurements (distance, radius) and area calculations can be performed through image processing. 【Display of composite 3D image】 By creating a 3D image from the composite processing of 2D photos, it is possible to observe the unevenness of the sample in three dimensions. (*Measurement processing with 3D image is not supported.) 【Video recording】 It is possible to record the temporal changes, movements, and functions of the subject in video format. Recording can be done at 28 frames per second (800×600) or 15 frames (1,600×1,200).
