We will provide dimension measurement and shape evaluation against drawings and 3D models using a CNC three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine.
We will conduct dimensional measurements against drawings and 3D models using a CNC three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine, and submit the measurement data through output methods such as inspection sheets and model comparisons. For measuring multiple items, such as process capability, automatic measurement can be performed using a CNC program. We also support automatic measurement with CNC programs created by customers. Additionally, we can implement the created programs into the customer's equipment. We offer not only program creation but also conversion of existing programs to other manufacturers' software, as well as the design and production of fixtures for product fixation. To provide optimal measurement results for products, evaluation content, and required accuracy, we have a wide variety of measuring machines and comparison software from various sizes and manufacturers available.

Measurement of large parts and tools Measurement of large parts and tools is possible with a maximum measurement machine table size of X900×Y1600×Z800 (mm). 3D model comparison measurement It is possible to import 3D model data and perform online comparison measurements. Supported CAD model formats include IGES, SAT, STEP, etc. Shape evaluation through scanning (tracing) measurement With scanning measurement, comparison with design values is possible from 3D freeform surfaces to flat contour shapes. The measurement speed starts from 0.5mm/s, the measurement pitch from 0.001mm (actual effective pitch 0.01mm), and it can accommodate up to approximately 20,000 measurement points. DXF output via polylines from output point cloud data is also possible. Automatic measurement with CNC programs For measuring a large number of items, such as process capability, automatic measurement can be performed using CNC programs. It is also possible to support automatic measurement with CNC programs created by customers. (*Consultation regarding software and version will be required separately.)
