We will conduct dimensional evaluation of the design drawings for micro areas using a measuring microscope.
The measuring microscope performs two-dimensional measurements of small parts and products with intricate shapes that cannot be measured by three-dimensional measuring machines. For areas that are not suitable for measurement with the measuring microscope, we will submit data using three-dimensional measuring machines or small tools. We also accommodate the creation of cut cross-sections and resin-filled or polished cross-sections, allowing for dimensional measurements of areas that cannot be confirmed from the surface. We can respond quickly even for a large number of measurements. By creating measurement programs with the measurement software "E-MAX," which is compatible with the measuring microscope, we can conduct multiple measurements of the same item in a shorter time than usual.
