In this service, we conduct dimensional measurements of drawings and 3D models using a CNC three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine, and we will provide the measurement data in the form of inspection sheets or model comparisons. We can accommodate a wide range of items, from small parts to large products, and provide precise measurement data for various objects across different industries. To deliver optimal measurement results according to the measurement items, evaluation content, and required accuracy, we have a variety of measuring machines of different sizes and manufacturers, as well as numerous comparison software available.

【Measurement of Large Parts】 With our three-dimensional measuring machines, we have a maximum table size of X900×Y1600×Z800 (mm), and for high-precision three-dimensional measuring machines, we have measuring machines with strokes of X900×Y1,500×Z650 (mm), allowing us to measure large parts and tooling. 【Automatic Measurement】 As we use CNC machines, automatic measurement is possible through CNC programming when measuring multiple items for process capability and defect sorting. Additionally, we also perform automatic measurements using CNC programs created by our customers on our equipment. (Please consult us separately regarding software and version.) 【Online Measurement】 It is possible to import 3D model data into the measuring machine and perform online verification measurements. 【Comparative Verification】 Through scanning measurement (contour measurement), it is possible to compare and verify design values from 3D freeform surfaces to planar contour shapes.
