We will create a three-dimensional measurement program from the CAD model of the object to be measured.
Traditionally, the creation of three-dimensional measurement programs has primarily relied on teaching on the measuring machine, which has led to the issue of extended lead times as programs are developed only after the molding and processing of the measurement objects are completed. At JTL, we have aimed to significantly contribute to reducing our customers' lead times by completing the offline teaching software "G-Quality" through joint development with Japan Unisys Excellutions, Inc. Using the developed "G-Quality," we will provide a service to create three-dimensional measurement programs from CAD models entrusted to us by our customers.
