basic information
The HG-PRO type image and color-based foreign matter sorting device is a versatile foreign matter removal system that performs color and shape inspections through image analysis. The analysis software is developed in-house, and its features are as follows: 1. Unlike general line sensors, it uses area sensors, allowing simultaneous color sorting and shape inspection. 2. It captures images on a conveyor belt and removes foreign matter the moment it is released from the belt, resulting in excellent yield of good products. 3. Multiple imaging conditions can be installed in series, and near-infrared imaging is also possible. 4. Even if the belt is slightly dirty, it automatically corrects itself, so it does not affect the accuracy of foreign matter extraction. 5. It can detect elongated foreign matter such as fishing lines and nets (optional). 6. It recognizes objects and analyzes their colors and other characteristics to distinguish between good products and foreign matter. Additionally, there are all-direction rotating image inspection devices, double-sided image inspection devices, and mirror-type all-direction image inspection devices available. This is the definitive device for removing foreign matter in food products.
