【Optimal Solution for ECU Testers】 ECUs encompass the latest technologies in both analog and digital fields, and their evaluation requires high-performance and flexible measurement and control systems. Additionally, since they are critical components that affect human life, verifying their reliability is extremely important. Based on our experience, Peritec has realized that using PXI and TestStand is the optimal solution for ECU testers, and we are pleased to propose this. In practice, communication between ECUs is conducted using CAN modules. The performance of using multiple measurement modules in coordination is influenced by synchronization capabilities, for which we employ RITI synchronization, a powerful solution that does not allow for competition from other board manufacturers. Control functions such as PWM are best suited for FPGA modules. Notably, the design of this hardware can be described using LabVIEW. In this way, the ECU testers created by Peritec are designed to make the most effective use of NI products. Peritec's ECU testers position TestStand as the platform, enabling effective utilization of quality management tools and historical data through linking with databases.
